Our artists are a team of international talented artists, who have studied each masterpiece to precise detail in order to guarantee authenticity.

   Painting Quality

Each painting is an oil on canvas original handmade reproduction and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.

   Frames

Each painting is first stretched onto canvas and then framed. Our frames perfectly compliment each painting. The exquisite ranges of frames are made in Italian Plastic. They are elegant, durable and also eco-friendly.

   How Long Does It Take To Deliver A DeJa View Painting?

Our artists are always trying to create paintings to keep in stock. Paintings still in stock take a maximum of 10-14 business days by FedEx and paintings out of stock typically will take a maximum of 21-30 business days for completion.

   Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?

Using your credit card is completely safe, as we have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure

   Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax, VAT, Or Any Other Similar Tax?

No, you don't. In fact most countries (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia) have no (Zero%) customs duty on handmade paintings. Some restrictions may apply on bulk orders.

   How Can I Pay For My Charge?
We accept Visa and American Express as well as wire transfers.

   Can I Request A Reproduction Of A Painting Not Catalogued?

Yes, you can commission your very own painting; all we need is a picture or even photograph. You can email the subject in jpeg.file to info@djvart.com or or mail your picture to 29 Gervais Dr. Suite 200, North York, ON M3L 1Y9.Toronto, Canada. (All received photos/references will be returned upon completion of work).

   What Feedback Will I Receive As My Painting Is Prepared?

We will send you a personal report of the status of your painting, midway in production and upon completion.

   Shipping and Handling

All paintings are carefully packed in foam and bubble wrap and shipped to you in a DJV specially made container. We have a low cost and efficient shipping rate with FedEx, for our customers that sign up as a member on our website http://www.djvart.com these are waived "absolutely free shipping!" Once you have placed your order you can track the status of your painting with your FedEx Tracker number.

   What If I Return My Order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited to your account. We suggest using FedEx worldwide service.
